Chondro-Gide®
Chondro-Gide® é uma membrana de colágeno tipo I/III, de dupla face, desenvolvida especificamente para a regeneração de cartilagem. Fabricada a partir de colágeno porcino altamente purificado, é produzida na Suíça seguindo um rigoroso processo de fabricação, assegurando sua segurança e qualidade.1

Técnicas cirúrgicas que utilizam Chondro-Gide®
Chondro-Gide® como transportador
Nas técnicas de implantação autóloga de condrócitos, o Chondro-Gide® serve como transportador. Fornece uma matriz de suporte 3D para adesão e diferenciação celular. As células podem ser semeadas no lado áspero da membrana de bicamada, enquanto o lado liso evita a perda de células durante o processo.
Chondro-Gide® como cobertura
AMIC® (Condrogênese Autóloga Induzida por Matriz) é uma técnica de passo único, econômica e eficaz para o tratamento de defeitos da cartilagem. No AMIC®, o Chondro-Gide® cobre o defeito e oferece um ambiente protetor para a diferenciação celular e a formação de nova cartilagem3,7,10. Saiba mais sobre o AMIC® aqui.
Chondro-Gide® como envoltório
AMMR® (Arthroscopic Matrix-Based Meniscus Repair) é uma técnica que foi desenvolvida para preservar o menisco. A membrana é enrolada ao redor do menisco lesado, com o lado liso voltado para a cavidade articular11. Em um estudo, o espaço entre o menisco e a membrana envolvente foi aumentado com fatores biológicos para melhorar o processo de reparo.
